About Me
I have helped and supported people in the care sector for 31 years, I am kind caring, compassionate and love helping other people. I like to write poetry , having a love for words. Through experiencing anxiety in my life I found Reiki. Reiki helped me relax and find my inner calm, I then realised I wanted to share this with other people. Now I help people relax and balance the body and mind using my hands on the chakra points of the body. According to the Healthline site Reiki can relieve pain, anxiety and fatigue. It can also boost mood and enhance quality of life. This is based on 3 studies carried out between 2010 and 2018, see Healthline site for more details. However not a substitute for medical advice. Reiki works from energy which is present in our bodies. By working with the chakra points I bring them into balance working together in harmony, this brings the body and mind into balance.
